Matrix coating is our own film specifically engineered for hard, fast machining. Where AlTiN works well, Matrix coating usually works better. This coating has been proven to be the best choice in machining stainless steels, hardened tool steels, 4140 prehard, and Inconel. Run this coating dry and fast when possible.
