Applications for MetalFlow Coatings
MetalFlow is a CrN based coating, but harder and smoother than CrN. This is our own nano-layer coating specifically engineered for metal fabrication of all kinds. MetalFlow has high impact resistance as well as low friction characteristics, making this coating ideal for high impact, high pressure applications. In the toughest applications like forming HSLA, Stainless Steels, and Aluminized materials, MetalFlow coating will succeed where others fail. MetalFlow coating is a great replacement for CVD and T.D. coating are typically used. You will achieve similar or better performance without the risk of dimensional changes to your dies.
